Welcome to the Housing Maintenance Service Request System. The purpose of this website is to allow students/faculty/staff to submit Maintenance Requests directly to the Maintenance Personnel.

Please submit only one problem per request. We will give you an opportunity to submit another request at the end point of this short process.

Maintenance DOES NOT SERVICE: RESNET, PHONE SYSTEMS or TV TROUBLESHOOTING.

If this request is for laundry related problems, please follow instructions posted in laundry rooms, contact WASH directly.
